Elcity Accessories voit le jour en été 2010. Basé en Californie Française, entre Biarritz et Hossegor, le but de la marque est de proposer un accessoire qui puisse correspondre à une génération multiculturelle à travers une collection de bretelles revisitées, designed in French California : The way you dress is the way you think.
